Very good experience in Prestige Imports to purchase my first Audi. Facility looks great with many choices presenting, clean, well organized. With appointment, we met sales right away. Since we already had the choice in mind, it went through pretty quick. Order was placed the day of visit. Sales explained the features after we got car. So far so good.
Great service department that is honest and does not try and sell you things you don't need. Customer Service is A+. I go to prestige for all maintenance on my 2006 A4, and I find they do a much better job than other big-chain repair shops, and customer service is just as good, if not better that other Denver area Audi shops.

I just wanted to let you know that Mary Mintz has recently provided me with some outstanding customer service. I needed some receipts for work I had done on my Audi over 3 years ago. She really went the extra mile for me by getting these old documents and always followed through with me and kept me updated. Because of her excellent service I will continue to go out of my way to do more business with Prestige Audi.
Buying the car was so easy. No haggling, no pressure. And that means a lot. I visited another local Audi dealer and it was the exact opposite. I got the exact car I wanted. But even better is the support afterward. These cars are complicated - and Prestige held a half day seminar - with breakfast - so we could learn and fill in the gaps on making the car easy to use. I also can't wait to experience the ice driving coming up in January.
