Without exception I feel my priorities become the priorities of the service department as it relates to my Audi A4. My questions and my timelines are consistently met with appropriate responses. I just wanted to send a quick statement to you and let you know how happy I have been with your dealership. I worked with Sean Farshchi on purchasing a used 2010 Audi A4 and he was awesome. I have purchased around 10 to 12 different cars from 5 or 6 different dealers over the years and by far this experience has been the best. Sean offered great help and amazing insight throughout the entire process and there was no high pressure sales tactics being used. My wife and I were both very happy with the straight forward honest way we were dealt with by your dealership and Mr. Farshchi.
Within about a month we noticed there was an issue with the cooling system and once again Mr. Farshchi stepped right up and had the problem taken care of. I just wanted to let you know that because of the way he works with potential customers and prior customers your dealership takes on a completely different level of car dealers.
I live in Wyoming and it is a bit of a drive but I am passing the word on to anyone who will listen that for a fair deal with a great product they should look into this dealership!

Thank you for the best experience I have had in purchasing a car.The service at Prestige Audi is excellent and I am extremely pleased with the service, Martin is wonderful. My previous car was a BMW and I thought Schomp was good, it does not even come close to the service I get at Prestige.As I was leaving for a meeting I noticed a leak in the coolant system. I called Prestige Audi service immediately. The service manager said no problem bring it right in and we will get you in a loaner. I was in and out with no fuss and didn't miss a beat. My car was repaired with a new radiator the next day at no expense and no hassle. They earned my trust and loyalty!
I bought 2013 Allroad from your dealership last summer, and I just wanted to express how much I've fallen in love with the car and the staff at your dealership. I'm particularly impressed by the service department and my service consultant, Rick Ansay.
I've felt very grateful for his attention and concern for me and my vehicle. He replies to emails in a fast and efficient manner and, even at 7:30 in the morning when I blew out two tires on the way to work, was available by phone to make immediate arrangements to have my tires replaced that day and a loaner vehicle for that morning's commute.
Overall, the staff in the service department has been exceptional, and I've felt very welcomed during my visits. Nobody enjoys getting his or her car serviced, but your dealership has almost made the experience "fun" by welcoming me and my dog and taking pictures of him to post in the Audi newsletter, etc.

On January 31, 2013 I purchased an Allroad. I am writing to you to let you know I had a truly exceptional experience with the salesman who helped me, Derrick Holley.
I first met Mr. Holley in late summer of 2012. I was considering selling my BMW and was looking at the options Audi had available. Derrick gave me a trade-in appraisal for my vehicle which was substantially lower than I had thought it would be after doing my research on the Kelly Blue Book website. Derrick saw my disappointment and explained how cars were valued and showed me all of the sales of my vehicle in the past month or so. After this conversation he went on to advise me on how to sell the vehicle myself to get closer to the number I was thinking the car was worth. He told me how to list it on Craigslist and what to price it at so it would sell.
I finally sold the car in January 2013 and was back in your showroom to look at the cars available. Derrick took the time to educate me on purchasing vs leasing options since I only intend to keep the car for 3 years or so. I spent several hours in the showroom looking at cars and crunching numbers with Derrick. I never felt any pressure to make a decision and I felt that my best interests were in the forefront of his mind. Derrick acted as an advisor in my purchase more than a salesman. Perhaps all of your staff is as helpful as Derrick Holley but my experience in purchasing numerous cars over the years would say that he is in a different league.
I wanted to take the time to let you know about my experience because too often we forget to sing the praises of someone when they go above and beyond our expectations.

I hope things are well for you at Prestige and that your new position is going well. I am still enjoying my 2007 Audi convertible. I will come see you when I decide to move into the A5 convertible. We have considered it on and off since they came out, but traveling out of country and a new kitchen has been our financial priority. Besides, I do love my Audi and have not tired of it yet. Also, I have semi-retired...we will see how long that lasts! :-)
I checked the website, but could not determine if you were still managing the Audi division. If so, I would like to report how your service team went above and beyond for me yesterday. Some years ago I was a manager at Nordstrom where I came to expect and deeply appreciate excellent customer service. I like to share with managers when their team has demonstrated great service. Your team helped me yesterday which took very little time from their day, but created an even stronger customer loyalty.
My story: I was driving Micky's Avalanche as I had been helping a friend prepare for a move, (one of the rare times I was not driving my Audi)! Anyway, I stopped for gas at the Safeway across the street from Prestige when my truck would not start from what appeared to be the battery. Knowing I needed to meet my friend up the street in 5 minutes and that a call to Micky in Golden or AAA would mean further delay, I boldly took a chance and asked your service department for a jump. I don't recall the woman's name in the service department, however, she checked on it and called me back to say someone would be right over to help. A friendly young man named, Greg, came to the rescue! His friendly face was a welcomed sight and it only took him a minute to give me a jump and I was happily on my way!
Now that was above and beyond one's normal day of activity and I give you permission to share this with others within your company who need to understand what customer service is really about and how relationships are key to selling success. From our first lease experience, then our purchase from you, to the maintenance experiences with Prestige; I felt comfortable to be so bold and asked for help. It would have been one thing to have been driving my Audi, but I was driving my husband's truck. That was really nice! The service department plays a very significant role in whether a customer will return for that next new vehicle. Your team came through for me when I was in need in your neighborhood and for that I will keep on driving an Audi in my neighborhood.
Well enough praise I suppose. Thank you for setting the tone which creates an environment of excellent customer service and thank the team for putting into practice those standards.

The team at Prestige does a great job of communicating before, during and after the service appointment. I was able to speak directly with the technician who I found knowledgable, and both interested in my car and answering my questions.
I keep waiting for this car (Audi A6) to let me down. Not happening.

You know the reputation - pushy, one sided, not knowledgeable, preying on the uneducated buyers. Car sales folks have taken a beating and have turned a lot of people off to the car buying process.
Not Stacie Davis and Prestige Imports
For many years I had been dreading buying my next car. With some bad experiences in the past I had my guard up when I visited Prestige Imports to look at a 2010 Audi A4. I met with Stacie Davis who was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the car and how Audi Treats its customers.
Our negotiation was efficient and equitable. Stacie was upfront and direct in the way she presented the costs, Certified benefits and was open to discussing options throughout the process. Stacie and the Pre-Owned Sales Manager accommodated a couple of requested "fixes" to the car.
The finance desk is the next place where there's typically a hard sell for additional services. Rhiannon was efficient and provided a comprehensive overview of the service benefits that would work for me in a way that did not duplicate services that I already had (i.e. window tint).
I know it's a bit cliche, but I usually don't write this type of letter. I'm so impressed and pleased with the entire experience that I had to write.
I've had the car for three days and am thrilled with it and know that Prestige is behind me for CPO support and ongoing maintenance.
If the beginning of my experience with Audi and Prestige Imports is any indication of things to come - I look forward to it!
Lisa and I began discussing the concept of a trip to Europe in November 2011. It was originally just the 2 of us, a driving trip with a rental car through southern Germany, northern Italy, Austria, and Switzerland and where ever else we chose to venture.
The idea of purchasing a car arrived as my boss mentioned his friends had enjoyed a European Delivery a couple times. This concept intrigued me but as a Lexus owner for 17 years, I was concerned about changing manufacturers. After test driving BMW and Mercedes - on a whim we stopped and drove an Audi A6. GAME Over - this was the car and a European Delivery was an added bonus to the trip as was my 75 year old mother.
After 15 days in Europe with "Aldo" our new Audi A6 (my wife names everything) we return home w/lifetime memories of the Audi Forum as well as the culture and experiences we enjoyed within each country we traveled. The A6 is a treat to drive especially on the Autobahn where we topped out very comfortably but sadly at only 130 mph. Even at this pace we were passed as if standing still by the European models of Audi which are governed at higher speeds - bummer. My mother, comfortable in the back seat stated "I know we are going fast as everything is a blur but it doesn't feel like it." This is clearly a tribute to the quality of Audi.
I wish to thank the entire team a Prestige Audi who made our first Audi purchase a true pleasure. We fully expect it will be the first of many and a European Delivery which we have recommended to everyone we know.

I would like you to know about my recent experience at Prestige Imports on Wednesday, October 24, 2012. My purchase of a Audi Q5 was unexpectedly carefree and pleasurable. Who knew.
First of all let me tell you that I have been a devoted Volvo owner for years. I have had 8 Volvos, and had the last one for 8 years. When I started looking for a new vehicle I wanted something that I hadn't anticipated from Volvo. Audi offered that. I visited the showroom months ago and met Gerhard. He provided not only a test drive, but professionalism and expertise that I have not experienced for some time. When you're a repeat customer, dealerships and salespersons don't have to gain your trust. They know you'll buy. Big mistake...
I was leaning towards an Audi, and I knew that I could get a better deal for a lesser car from Volvo. But it was not only the Q5 that impressed me but also Gerhard. The consummate professional, with his phenomenal sense of humor, expertise and knowledge that helped make my final decision, it was a pleasure to work with him. He learned what I was looking for and delivered.
Gerhard even let me know the name of the cargo carrier that my vehicle was on with it's ETA and of course, I charted it's every move. Originally, I planned to purchase, changed my mind to lease, then changed it again to purchase. He calmly understood in each circumstance and told me to make the best decision for me.
During the financing Billy was helpful and made everything, smooth and painless. Yet another phenomenal consummate professional. I requested driver and passenger window tinting and a front license plate holder, Jackie called today and I have both enhancements scheduled next week.
So now I'm an Audi owner, but not just an Audi owner but, a Prestige Audi owner. Thanks to exceeding the customer service experience from Gerhard, Billy and Jackie.
I have enjoyed my vehicle in the short time that I 've had it, and look forward to many pleasurable miles ahead. And, I 'm finding out the computer isn't as difficult as I first thought.
